Det blev en andraplats för Kiira Korpi och en femteplats för Viktoria Helgesson i EM i Sheffield. Italienska Carolina Kostner tog hem förstaplatsen. I videon ser du Kiira Korpis avslutningsnummer till You and I av Lady Gaga.

Maffigt värre....

Ett ord som verkar ha blivit populärt den senaste tiden är ordet maffigt. För er oinvigda så betyder maffigt att någonting är storslaget och imponerande (enligt Wictionary åtminstone). På synonymer.se räknas synonymer till maffig som ståtlig, väldig, präktig, pampig, imponerande, stor, häftig och jättefin. Bara att lägga till i ordförrådet och börja använda! Du kan exempelvis säga: -Vilken maffig tårta!

Hur ska motivationen hittas då?
Här är några enkla tips:

• Sätt upp mål med träningen. Du kan även dela upp målen i mindre delmål. 
• För dagbok över din träning. Då kan du följa din utveckling. 
• Våga prova något nytt och variera din träning. Då blir det roligare att träna. 
• Satsa på mental träning genom till exempel affirmationer och positivt tänkande
• Genom social träning kan du och dina träningskompisar inspirera, tipsa och peppa varandra.
